The Bahama Island Chain begins just 57 miles off the coast of Florida across the Gulf Stream. Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach are easy spots to hop across the Stream and the Bahamas offers excellent snorkeling in pristine waters while the Florida Keys offer one of the largest reefs in the USA.
